Emmanuel “Manny” Dapidran Pacquiao was born on December 17, 1978 in Kibawe, Bukidnon to Rosalio Pacquiao and Dionisia Dapidran-Pacquiao. Dionisia and Rogelio separated when Manny was in grade six.
